The Locust Plan is a thoughtfully designed single-story barndominium that blends efficient living with comfortable, everyday flow. With 1,650 square feet of living space, three bedrooms, and generous covered outdoor areas, this plan delivers simplicity without sacrificing functionality.
Open Living
At the heart of the Locust is a wide-open living area that seamlessly connects the kitchen, dining, and living spaces. This central layout creates a natural gathering zone with clear sightlines, easy furniture placement, and plenty of room for daily life or entertaining. The kitchen is positioned at the rear of the home, opening directly to the covered patio for effortless indoor-outdoor flow.
Private Primary Suite
The primary bedroom is tucked away on one side of the home for added privacy. It features a spacious sleeping area, a walk-in closet, and a private ensuite bath with dual vanities, a separate shower, and a soaking tub.
