I have been so happy with the entire process thus far. From the day that I contacted Keith Dell at the Summerville, SC office, everything has been moving so smoothly. Our construction manager, Garrett, has been a joy to work with. Megan Tompkins has been so helpful with the interior designs. It was so much fun for me going onsite to physically choose flooring, fixtures, etc. Keith and Megan and the other team members made me and my dog, Thelma, feel so welcomed. I will wholeheartedly recommend this team to anyone wanting to build a barndo in this area of SC!! I have to add that I am so pleased with the quality and pricing of the flooring, tile, gourmet kitchen, etc. Kudos to this team.

Chris Cabrera is an amazing project manager. He has a lot of pride in the work that is done. He always goes above and beyond to make sure everything runs smoothly and gets done the right way.
