We are so close to starting to build our new home. Keith and Sophia have been exceptional with all of our questions and have guided us through this process. We are so grateful to be working with them!

We just broke ground with Barndo and we are so happy and excited for this process! So far everyone has been so so helpful! We truly feel like everyone on our team cares about our future home and the process. Communication has been very fast as well! In the beginning we spotted some miscommunication with the paperwork/plans but they were very fast to fix it! Corey was so helpful throughout the beginning stages and now Mark is working hard for our project to get going. We are grateful we found them to build our home.

We are very happy building with The Barndo Co. Our Project Manager Alan McClanahan is great. Unlike many other company’s PMs who just occasionally show up, Alan is present on site several times a week. He is very knowledgeable in all areas and if something needs changed or done over, he is right on it. We love working with Alan and would highly recommend The Barndo Co. to anyone looking to build a beautiful barndominium.

I have been so happy with the entire process thus far. From the day that I contacted Keith Dell at the Summerville, SC office, everything has been moving so smoothly. Our construction manager, Garrett, has been a joy to work with. Megan Tompkins has been so helpful with the interior designs. It was so much fun for me going onsite to physically choose flooring, fixtures, etc. Keith and Megan and the other team members made me and my dog, Thelma, feel so welcomed. I will wholeheartedly recommend this team to anyone wanting to build a barndo in this area of SC!! I have to add that I am so pleased with the quality and pricing of the flooring, tile, gourmet kitchen, etc. Kudos to this team.

Chris Cabrera is an amazing project manager. He has a lot of pride in the work that is done. He always goes above and beyond to make sure everything runs smoothly and gets done the right way. He is easy to communicate with, attentive, organized, answers all phone calls and text in a timely manner. The Barndo Co is lucky to have him as an employee.
