Client Onboarding

All Onboarding costs are non-refundable after 30 days or once the first meeting with a designer or selections team member occurs. The customer reserves the rights to plans and specs created on your behalf by The Barndo Co. and The Barndo Co. will not keep or retain plans if the customer elects not to enter into the contract phase with The Barndo Co. Plans are produced by draft designers and not licensed architects. Any design produced and/or sold by The Barndo Co. or their affiliates may require additional engineering prior to construction depending on the municipality.

Onboarding admin fee of $1500 (included in the onboarding total cost) are non-refundable immediately. If you choose to build with us a credit of $5000 from Onboarding will be included in your build cost.
