Open Living, Dining and Kitchen
At the heart of the Persimmon Plan is a centrally located open-concept living area that stretches from the front covered porch to the rear covered patio. The living room, dining space, and kitchen flow together seamlessly, creating a natural gathering zone with clear sightlines and an easy connection to both outdoor living areas. This layout keeps the home feeling open, bright, and efficient without wasted space.
Kitchen and Pantry
The kitchen is positioned along the center spine of the home and features a functional work layout with generous counter space and a large walk-in pantry.
