The Maple Plan is a country farmhouse meets barndominium style floor plan.
The Heart of the Home
It is a 40 x 60 barndominium floor plan with shop and garage options and comes with a 1000 square foot standard wraparound porch. It’s a three bedroom, two and a half bath layout that includes an office. You can add a loft and/or additional bedroom upstairs in, although the original is a ranch-style floor plan. The master bedroom is a spacious 15 x 13 that leads into an oversized master bathroom with a walk-in tile shower, separate soaking tub, a water closet, split vanities, and linen.
The Master Retreat
The Maple Plan has a front entrance, a rear entrance, and a side entrance through the laundry and mud room. The side entrance is convenient because we do have an option to add a garage to this plan.
