Per the Onboarding Agreement the $5,000 (SFH, Barndo Stock) or $7,500 (Custom Barndo) fee will need to be received to start the process. Included in that fee is the $1,500 admin fee which non-refundable immediately. The remainder of the fee is non-refundable after first meeting with a designer, selections manger, or 30 days. Whichever comes first.
