Of course you are welcome to purchase a floor plan and have any other builder build it for you 🙂
Our floor plans come with all specifications your builder will need down to the 1/4" and have been combed through by an architect.
How accurate are your floor plans?
Each plan is built in a 3D software environment for accuracy and each element is 100% compatible with every other element down to 1/4” dimensions.
What will I get in my floor plan packet?
You will get all elevation vantage points, framing layouts, electrical layouts and everything else you need to pass to your builder to construct your barndominium.
