You will purchase this item if you want to make custom modifications to a floor plan and then purchase the associated barndo kit. We need to know the modifications in order to quote you on the material needed for the kit. Since the floor plan is included with the kit purchase, this allows you to pay for the designers time without the base cost of the floor plan. The custom-modified floor plan will not be delivered digitally until the custom Kit is purchased or you pay the originating floor plan base price.

We highly recommend that you add structural stamps to your plans. Most states are either in the process or already require structural engineering stamps for your plans. Get ahead of the curve, and don’t get caught in a situation where it is too late! Please allow 90 days for the structural stamped plans to be delivered.
