Thank you for choosing to enter the Onboarding phase with The Barndo Co. Per the Onboarding Agreement the $5,000 (SFH, Barndo Stock) or $7,500 (Custom Barndo) fee will need to be received to start the process. Included in that fee is the $1,500 admin fee which non-refundable immediately. The remainder of the fee is non-refundable after first meeting with a designer, selections manger, or 30 days. Whichever comes first.

Plan Creation includes consultation with our designer to design your home, 2 complete redesigns, and 2 large revisions (ie. bedroom count change, floor plan layout changes, or design changes that significantly affect the floor plan). The client will be notified prior to exceeding the revision limit and any additional charges for changes or revisions to plans will be the responsibility of the Client.
